Drake Star Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Vault Verify, a Portfolio Company of PSG, on its Sale to Equifax (NYSE:EFX)

New York | November 24, 2025 – Equifax (NYSE:EFX) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Vault Verify, a provider of human resources services, including employment and income verification services. This acquisition enhances the data that Equifax provides to verifiers to help them make more informed decisions in less time. It also provides another mechanism for employers to provide data to a verifications provider, expanding options available to Equifax employer clients. Vault Verify complements The Work Number® database with information that can help consumers when they’re applying for jobs, mortgages, social service benefits, and other financial services.

Drake Star acted as the exclusive financial advisor to PSG and Vault Verify on this transaction.

Founded in 2012, Vault Verify is an outsourced provider of employment and income verification services, offering real-time, transactional, API-based verifications through its proprietary technology. Vault Verify serves employers of all sizes nationwide, with a concentration in the healthcare sector.
