LONDON | May 11th, 2017 – CLX Communications (CLX) announced it has recently acquired A2P SMS solutions specialist Dialogue Group Limited. Drake Star Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Dialogue Group.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Sheffield with offices in London, Sydney and Singapore, Dialogue Group is the longest established international A2P SMS messaging company. Dialogue focuses on providing A2P SMS traffic monetization software and supporting services to the world’s Mobile Network Operators. Dialogue is active in 14+ key regions, has established connectivity to over 30 MNOs worldwide and is the trusted partner to 200+ SMS aggregators.
