Drake Star Partners Advises Dialogue Group On Its Sale To Clx Communications (Xsto:Clx)

LONDON | May 11th, 2017 – CLX Communications (CLX) announced it has recently acquired A2P SMS solutions specialist Dialogue Group Limited. Drake Star Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Dialogue Group.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Sheffield with offices in London, Sydney and Singapore, Dialogue Group is the longest established international A2P SMS messaging company.
