SAN FRANCISCO | September 22, 2020 – Award-winning technology, media, and communications (TMC) global investment bank Drake Star Partners announced today that seasoned Mobility and Technology investment banker and entrepreneur, Vitaly M. Golomb, has joined the firm’s San Francisco office as a Partner.

Vitaly brings over 20 years of multi-faceted, relevant experience as a venture-backed CEO, venture capitalist, and technology investment banker to advise Mobility and Technology companies on M&A and corporate finance transactions.

Vitaly will focus on expanding Drake Star’s global Mobility and New Energy footprint into the US, advising clients in connected, autonomous, electric and shared mobility, in addition to sustainable technologies and green infrastructure driving the energy transition.

Throughout his career, Vitaly has advised on financing, joint venturing, and M&A transactions in North America, Europe, and Asia for leading Mobility and Technology companies such as Rimac Automobili and Fisker, among others.
