MUNICH | October 11, 2018 – On September 25, 2018, Ralf Philipp Hofmann, Managing Partner and Member of the Global Executive Committee of Drake Star Partners led a panel discussion on M&A in the Software Industry at McDermott Will & Emery’s 2018 Cross-Border M&A and Private Equity Investment Conference (MuMAC), in Munich. The annual conference looked at cross-border investment in times of changing free trade policies and continued digitalization, and included more than 60 panelists, making this event a leading conference for international M&A trends and forecasting.
As part of the program, Ralf Hofmann moderated a session focussed on M&A in the software industry, including major trends, topical subject matters and key success factors.
