LD&A Jupiter remained engaged in highly visible transactions in the technology, media, software and telecom industries, including cross-border M&A transactions, mergers, growth fundraisings, sale of secondary shares and growth debt. Most of the transactions were cross border, including cross continental to America and Asia.

The year 2015 started as successfully as 2014 ended. LD&A Jupiter closed 8 transactions within the first 4 months. Seven of them were highly visible M&A transactions in the areas of Digital Marketing, Enterprise Software, Media, Telecom.
