Overview

Martin Stjernfelt is a seasoned investment banker, bringing 19 years of experience advising on all types of M&A and financing transactions with Private Equity and Corporate clients, primarily in the Energy and Technology sectors.

Martin joined Drake Star as Senior Advisor in 2017, assisting the firm in the generation and execution of projects in the Spanish market. In 2011, Martin co-founded Concat Capital, a merchant banking firm advising its clients on its corporate finance and international business development activities. Previously, Martin served as Vice President at GBS Finance, a leading Spanish investment bank focused on Southern Europe, Latin America, and China, where he carried out multiple M&A cross-border transactions.

Martin holds a Master of Science in Finance and International Business and a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University in Denmark.
