February 2010 – LD&A advises OpenERP in a € 3.5m fund raising
LD&A acted as advisor to OpenERP on a fund raising of €3m subscribed by Sofinnova Partners, Xavier Neil and Olivier Rosenfeld.
Founded in 2005, OpenERP publishes the eponymous open source software, which has met a tremendous success with nearly 1,000 downloads per day. With a community of over 300 active users, the software now includes over 500 modules making it one of the most complete suites on the market. This fund raising will enable the company to strengthen its network of international partners and launch new ways of marketing, for instance in SaaS.
