Fivia is a leading digital advertising management software provider. Its main product AdFront enables major media companies to manage digital advertising sales, inventory, traffic, billing and revenue. Customers include major North American publishers Viacom, Time Inc., Gannett’s USA Today and Mashable, as well as major European publishers Orange, Canal+, M6, TF1 and ITV.

WideOrbit (www.wideorbit.com) is the leading provider of advertising management software for Media companies. More than 2,600 Television stations, Radio stations and Media Networks around the globe use WideOrbit Traffic software and another 3,200+ stations operate on WideOrbit Radio Automation platforms. WideOrbit is headquartered in San Francisco and its software manages more than $24 billion in advertising revenue annually.

This acquisition will help expand WideOrbit’s digital offering for major media companies.
