The company has also successfully pursued a build up strategy with 5 completed acquisitions in 10 years bringing new services and expertise, customer portfolio and network assets. In 2011, Nerim had a turnover of ?24m.
The Management Buyout (« MBO ») is led by Cyril de Metz, CEO, Raphaël Bouaziz and the management team with the support of CM-CIC LBO Partners who becomes the majority shareholder.
