BOULOGNE, FRANCE | July 12th, 2016 – an IT services group that specialises in digital transformation, has reorganised its capital with the support of several historical financial partners and BNPP. Drake Star acted as exclusive financial advisor to VISEO.
Founded in 1999 by Olivier Dhonte, VISEO is a consultancy specialised in the digital sector. From an integrated digital agency with a strong track record in ERP business integration and business intelligence activities, VISEO is one of the few players in the French market able to support companies in their digital projects, both from a business and a technology standpoint. Regular assignments from large accounts highlight how relevant the company’s model is. With 1,200 employees, VISEO has doubled in size every three years on average since its set-up in 1999 and today generates more than €120M in revenue.
The operation will consolidate the share ownership of founding shareholders in VISEO, while guaranteeing some liquidity for shareholding managers. The operation involved financial partners that have historical ties to the group. Bpifrance, Caisse d’Epargne and Banque Palatine have all renewed their trust in VISEO’s growth capabilities. BNPP has also acted as a financial partner, eager to assist a dynamic SME.
