New York | August 4, 2026 – Drake Star won TMT Deal of the Year at the 18th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards in New York City, for advising Anuvu on its sale to Platinum Equity.
Headquartered in Lombard, IL, Anuvu is a leading provider of global entertainment and high-speed connectivity solutions for airlines, VIP/VVIP aircraft, cruise lines, and other mobility end-markets, serving more than 150 airline and 30 cruise-line customers worldwide. The transaction positions Anuvu for accelerated growth in entertainment and connectivity under Platinum Equity's ownership.
Drake Star acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Anuvu on the transaction.
